Clover's Chaco Liner is a thin chalk marker with a refillable reservoir. The rotating serrated wheel produces fine markings on materials. The screw-on cap stops powder leakage and keeps moisture away. It is not recommended that you iron or dry clean the marks as they may become permanent.
