The products were good and fine, no trouble there. But since you're asking for feedback, I will say I wasn't too happy that it took a whole month to receive my order. That a long time to wait when you broke your last serger needle and you want/need to get back to work with projects. I did call to check on the order part way through, and was pleased that a real human person answered the call, and she was a kind woman, but also this did nothing to speed up the delivery time of one month.
