I have a Janome 550e. I was working on a in the hoop project and as my project got thicker the foot that came with my machine started getting stuck on the material. This made the machine not stitch where the design needed. My machine also does not have the option to adjust the foot. This foot was a project saver. It was easy to install and easy to use. It's adjustability allowed me to be able to finish my project without having to resort to my regular sewing machine. I have sense advertised this product to my fellow Janome purchase one if needed.

If you have struggled with Free Motion Quilting on your Janome high shank machine this may help more than you think. It works great in my Horizon Memory Craft 9450 QCP and, with the exception of ruler work, this is what I use for all of my FMQ now...
