Not a good experience with Sewing Parts Online I brought several items from them. Spoke to 3 customer service people which weren’t very helpful. One customer Service person said you can call the company directly and me as a customer. Why would I call them directly when I purchased items from you? I did most of the legwork. Which two items were delivered. One was damaged in delivery which I had to call the company and find out whether the item that was damaged was going to be replaced the other two items. No one knows where they are so I had to call the company directly to find out where my items were. I got more help from them The company than I did from Sewing Parts online
