The pattern is concise and compact -- one page front and back. I love that it is printed on cardstock and ready to insert into my pattern binder. Haven't made it yet, but looking forward to using it.

Great pattern. Only thing. It says medium blue and no mention of the star material. So I figure the medium blue was the star fabric. So for a newbie that may be confusing

I haven't used the pattern yet.
Thought it was odd the pattern doesn't mention the flag fabric shown in the finished piece; you have to substitute the flag fabric for the "medium blue" fabric listed in the pattern. The pattern also doesn't give you the unfinished size of the half squares, only what size to cut them.
Like this pattern- several other ladies in my craft group also like it.
