I�ve just started free motion quilting on a Janome HD5000. This foot is okay, but it comes WAYYY off the fabric, unlike the foot/sewing machine combinations that I see in online videos. A bit disappointing, but not because of the product, just that maybe I should have got a different foot for free motion quilting.

This item was a replacement for a darning foot of the wrong type which I had mistakenly ordered. It arrived in a very short time, allowing me to continue my project, and fit my machine to a tee. I had to pay return postage and for my original purchase, but I didn't mind because I now have what I need. Next time I need a part for my Janome, I know where to go. Thanks
