Backlit LCD Screen
The backlight LCD screen shows you the selected stitch, presser foot recommendations, the stitch length, and the stitch width. You can change your stitch selection or adjust stitch length and width with the included navigation buttons below the LCD screen.
Built-in Needle Threader
Threading your needle just got easier! The exceptional design of the built-in needle threader ends the dread of threading your needle by hand and gets you started sewing without the wait. With the push of a lever, it feeds the thread through the needle eye with exact accuracy every time! The needle threader can be used with a #11 - #16 needle or blue tip needle.
7- Piece Retractable Feed Dog
The Elna eXperience 560 has a 7-piece feed dog system that ensures a consistent, even feed on each and every fabric type. Whether the material is thick or thin, the 7-piece feed dog will stay in constant contact with the fabric, warranting even feeding and clean stitches. Need to lower the feed dogs? Simply flip a switch located underneath the free arm bed on the back of the machine.
Extra-High Presser Foot Lift
The presser foot lifter raises and lowers the presser foot about 1/4" (0.7 cm) higher than the normal up position for easy removal of the presser feet or to accommodate placing thicker material or heavy fabrics like denim or quilt layers under the foot.
Accessory Storage
The detachable extension table also doubles as accessory storage. Pulling the lid towards you will reveal a home for all your main essentials. Pack away accessories like extra bobbins, presser feet, needles, a screwdriver, and a lint brush for storage or travel.
LED Lighting
Compared to conventional lighting, LED lighting provides a brighter and shadow-free illumination on the eXperience 560.
