I would like to express extreme dissatisfaction on the customer service that I received when dealing with your business. I placed my order, my AmericanExpress card was charged immediately and my order did not arrive for one month. I called your business to inquired about my order status 2 weeks after I placed the order and received a response by email. The response indicated that one of my items was out of stock however your distributor was local and would be sending the item to you. I was told I would receive my order shortly. After 2 more weeks I emailed you and cancelled the item (a hoop screw) because apparently it was still out of stock. I did eventually receive my order but it was a month after I was charged for it. I have no intention of doing business with you in the future.
