I needed a foot pedal for the older White machine that is at my grandson’s school. Your website was very user friendly, not only giving the list of the machines that used each specific pedal and cord, but also including a photo as an extra check to visually see if the outlet on the machine matched the plug head on the foot pedal. I was able to order the correct foot pedal and it’s working perfectly!

My Babylock serger is 35 years old & was told many years ago that model had been knick named the 'workhorse'. Of course nothing on it is automatic - all tension & threading is manual. The stitches are better than any of the newer automatic tension machines. Anyway, my foot pedal failed. Checked the babylock site, called a local dealer, nothing. Just recently I found Sewing Parts on Line-thank you! I'm back in business. This foot pedal works great. Saved me from having to buy a new serger.

The foot pedal works perfectly with my Singer serger that I bought in the 1980’s. I bought the blades for back ups, so I can’t rate those at this time. I did call when my package did not arrive the next day, as I paid for overnight shipping. I talked to a really kind and helpful woman who explained the hold up was an out of stock light bulb. She refunded that item and got my pedal on the way quickly. We also had a nice chat about other things you sell. I’m going to tell my sew squad friends about all the print to order fabrics you offer, and am browsing the email you send. I feel like I wandered into sewing heaven. Oh, I watched a few of your YouTube videos and learned new things about a few sewing machine feet I’ve had for years. Can’t wait to watch more, when time permits. Thank you all so much!
