Pedal pad has non-slip covering on both sides so foot does not slip and nor does board which is perfect.
Have only used it once but it seems to work on the tile floor. I expect it to be an "I love it" soon.

I have used this pedal pad for over a year. It is helpful but there is still movement on our hardwood floor. I put it on a non-slip throw rug and it works much better. It is good quality. I sew regularly and there is very little wear on the pad.
