Get the soft hand of natural cotton with the strength and resilience of polyester in one beautifully balanced batting. Hobbs Heirloom Premium 80/20 blends 80% natural cotton with 20% fine polyester, giving you a low-loft batting that's a favorite of hand and machine quilters alike, whether you're piecing your first quilt or finishing a show-stopper.
Needle-punched and finished with a light resin bonding, this batting resists bearding and fiber migration while adding lasting durability to every project. Quilt it close for a flat, traditional low-loft look, or leave more space between your stitching lines for a slightly higher, softer loft. With a maximum stitch spacing of 4 inches, it handles a wide range of quilting patterns with ease.
Because it's left unbleached, Heirloom Premium 80/20 is best paired with medium and dark fabrics. It brings out rich colors beautifully. Skip the prewash: a natural 3–5% shrinkage gives finished quilts that cozy, antique-puckered charm quilters love. Proudly manufactured and distributed in the USA.

Order receive when promised. Items just what I ordered!
Love the company involvement with the orders. A little disappointed in how long the shipping took. It was not due to the Texas Floods. It was the USPS error and according to their records was considered as lost in the mail. I got the item. I love it.

I needed a light colored batting for a king-sized quilt I just finished. Good weight but not too heavy & the white colored areas dont show any discoloration due to the batting.
