I ended up breaking off the little piece that allows you to snap in your embroidery hoops and thankfully I found them here! I didn’t need a video, installation was really easy and I’m glad I was able to find the exact part I needed. Customer service reached out when my item was on back order, and was shipped very quickly. Overall very happy experience! Would shop here again haha
