I’m a sewist of over 50 years and do upholstery every day. My dining room table takes a lot of abuse. It’s my cutting room and staging area for projects. I had two smaller mats on there before but was always an issue being to small and they were showing their age. I invested in the Horn larger mat. I was shocked how much thicker and sturdier it was compared to other well known brands. I’m really impressed with its quality and durability. I will be purchasing more for the sewing studio.
I love this mat. Heavy duty, lays flat, great size for bigger patterns.
Couldn't do without it! This is the second one I have had. The first one lasted about 30 years. They will become brittle, but not for a very long time. I was happy with it all these years. Great to cut on and very precise measurement guides. I use the ruler with the lip so I can line up on each line accurately. LOVE IT!
It fits my cutting table perfectly and makes rotary cutting easier.
I love the size! I’ve only had it for about a month so I can’t comment on longevity but the quality seems good and it’s sturdy. Will see how it holds up in the long run but so far, I am very happy with my purchase.
