The part worked great, my wife is very pleased.
In the middle of a quilt project, my machine wouldn't sew- at all. Though the machine itself was lit and ready, the needle wouldn't go. The plugs were properly seated and the outlet worked. I decided the problem must be the foot pedal. I was quite relieved to discover the cord could be replaced and I didn't need a new machine.

My purpose in ordering this control cord for my Pfaff is to lengthen the cord on my present foot pedal. I am trying to use a Grace Cutie frame and found the foot pedal cord was not long enough to use with the frame. I plan to splice the two cords together so that the foot pedal can reach the floor.
