The bobbins that were sent didn’t fit. The first picture bobbin # 858570009 13g. , was the old one. You sent 846652308 8g. I have a memory craft 6700p just tried it, didn’t work. Need to return for proper bobbin case. Please send address for exchange or refund.
When this part arrived I was not sure if it was the correct bobbin case for my Janome model. So I called the Customer Service number. To my shock a real person answered! He answered questions and gave explanations, and encouraged me to call back if the part did not work as expected. It did work and I’m happy with the results, but even happier with your awesome Customer Service!
Fits fine
The fit of the part is very tight in my machine. It dos not fit like original.

This was the incorrect bobbin holder for my machine.
I don’t know how to send a picture. I have always have trouble with the Bobben cases, it well get out of the grave the needle hit it and thread gets coughs on ruff spots I can file it smooth and it will work again for a while.,, I had my jenome in for cleaning and new walkingfooot. The bobble was sanded down a lot and they didn’t change it. I sewed about 24 inches and it pop out and jammed. So I was so glad to be replacements from you. I have had to get 8 replacements for this machine so far.i was so happy to quilt again. Thanks!

You sent the wrong part
I was sent the wrong one, I wrote and said it was the wrong bobbin holder but I never heard back I am very disappointed I was sent one for a different Janome than the 9000 Janome one I have.

Janome machine bobbin holder kept getting wedged and burred. I had to have it serviced once to remove the holder. The holder was replaced with the same kind. Machine continued to do this same thing. I would remove case, file burrs smooth. Well it had happened again and I just got disgusted all together and brought back my older singer. I was reviewing Janome products when this particular bobbin case came up. I was not aware there was a free motion quilting bobbin case vs standard tension case. The description stated guaranteed to fit my make and model Janome. Shipped quickly. I was skeptical at first because it states not to use this bobbin in any other machine other than the 3 listed models. But since my machine wasn't working anyway, I thought why not try it? Oh my gosh! What a great decision! The machine runs smooth. I free motioned and used straight stitch quilting and it's been great! No problems at all! I've used different size needles and different weight threads on quilting and it never bogged or jerked or did anything it wasn't supposed to do. I just wonder why this was never mentioned in the manual or Janome website that there are different options for a bobbin case? I'm glad I purchased this case and it was less expensive than the other standard one I had to purchase when it was repaired by technician.
I had such a hard time finding this bobbin case to replace a damaged one. Thankfully, I found it here. They were very responsive to ensure I got the right one.

Parts are slow in coming and while I was free motion quilting, the spring in the machine was gibbled so I got a replacement and a spar to have on hand just incase I buggered up again

it's what I ordered and it seems to be working the way it's supposed to. haven't really driven it much to validate it's worth. But, it's what I wanted based on information I had.
