The part is the part. What I am giving five stars for is the customer service, and attention to detail on the part of Sewing Parts Online. I called to order this part after I had ordered it from another company and it arrived after nearly two weeks damaged and unuseable. It was shipped in what is essentially a paper bag. When I called you, the customer service agent was so pleasant, competent and professional. I received email confirmation of my order in about a minute, it arrived after a few days carefully packaged in a box with some bubble wrap, so it was ready to install and use. Great part. Watched a video and changed this myself. Took a little jiggling to get it to sit just right and line up. It was an easy swap. Took more patience with the line up. I am so happy I didn’t give up. I am so proud of myself. For reference I am a 59 yr old female. My Needle threader hasn’t worked on my machine for 4 years. I’m so HAPPY 😀.
