I like that I was able to order the correct part for my Janome 9450QCP.
I ordered a new needle plate for my Elna Excellence 780 machine through a local quilt store over a year ago. It still hasn't come. My husband found this store online and found the plate that fit my machine and for quite a lower cost, too. I ordered two plates and received them three days later! Amazing!!! I will absolutely bookmark this store for future items I need. Outstanding customer service and quick shipping!
Needed this replacement plate quickly to complete a sewing task for a customer. Sewing Parts Online had it in stock and was able to deliver it to me in three days. Unfortunately, it arrived with a broken thread cutter but that was easily repaired by placing the parts together and adding a tiny amount of superglue. Sewing Parts Online had no issues with giving me a partial refund when I asked. Love my Janome and love Sewing Parts Online!
