I accidentally took my needle wick out thinking it was lint. When I took my machine for a yearly cleaning I mentioned I needed a new one. My machine started skipping stitches so I took the bobbin out to clean under and I noticed what looked like lint coming out of the needle hole. The repairman had put what looked like batting down the hole. Maddening! I thought I’ll just order one myself. I found exactly what I needed and it fit perfectly.

The item I ordered was fine. The shipping is another story. I paid $14.99 for two day shipping because I needed the item. The order was placed on 2/15. It wasn't shipped until 2/28. It wasn't received until 3/4. I do not recommend online shopping with this company.
