The part is not as good as the original one that came with the machine. It can be made to work but it did not connect the way that the old part did. There is a pin that seems to be slightly short to hold the foot. I will keet the part but it is not very good.

I�m an amateur sewer with a nice, moderately used Janome Magnolia machine. I have only done amateur stuff on here and only played with the settings a handful of times. Needless to say- I kept breaking my needle and I was getting seriously frustrated. I did some digging/cleaning/taking apart and putting back together again to find that my presser foot was broke and when ordered a new one- it was easy peasy to install. Problem fixed.
