It would be a little bit helpful if you would include some troubleshooting ideas with this product. The item itself is fine and perfect the problem is with the removal of the original piece. It can be very stubborn to remove that brass screw that the post mounts onto, just advise your customers not to strip the screw head as it will be needed for the replacement part. I love everything I have ordered from your company, the first of the month I will be ordering a replacement cord for same server. And I totally adore your quilting tips, thank you

This was a great find seeing as mine thread guide broke. Received it very fast.
It is a perfect fit. There is a screw where the pipe fits into the machine that is missing. However, I just wrapped tape at rhe end and it fits more snug now.
