I feel this is a neccessary piece to my Juki sewing machine and should have been included with it's purchase. I bought the juki with a cutie quilting frame and had to wait a week to use it, in order to get this foot.

The Open Toe Quilting Foot gives clear visibility when doing free motion quilting or embroidery. Because of the open front, you can easily do stippling or follow a design in the fabric. The spring action keeps the fabric from lifting with the needle as the stitch is being formed which helps eliminate thread breakage with specialty or heavier threads. Be sure to use the appropriate needle for the thread you are using.

Well, it appears this foot is not adjustable. When doing free motion quilting it is important to have free movement of the quilt. This foot presses all the way down into the quilt. It doesn't appear to have any way to adjust it. If I'm wrong, please let me know. Thank you.
