This foot is nice for getting an accurate 1/4 seam. It doesn’t work well with bulky seams however so I’m knocking off a star.

The 1/4" Guide Foot is used for piecing together patchwork with a seam allowance of 1/4" or 6.4mm. With your needle set to center straight stitch, line up the edge of the fabric with the 1/4" Guide Foot, and you will produce a 1/4" seam allowance.
