Not at all happy with this experience. I ordered and paid for authentic Janome bobbins. What I got was some cheap garbage I could have got on Amazon for .50 each and not the $5 eag I paid. They we’re supposed to have been exchanged for the correct bobbins but never were. Got a refund instead but that’s not the point.
The Bobbins are expensive but I chose them over the less expensive... They were my choice and I'm confident I won't have any issues.
Wonderful to not run out so quickly with larger bobbin!!!

I received a pack of one bobbin. Website was a bit confusing because I thought I ordered a pack of 5.
The bobbins were what I wanted and expected, however service experience NOT wonderful. Items were not immediately available, so I enquired about delay. This is only when it was communicated. This then meant changing my shipping address as I was leaving the USA to return come to Canada. Additional shipping charges added and then I was charged a further $35 duty! I understand I am responsible for duty, however it took me 7 weeks to receive my items AND the added expenses resulted in paying more than if I were to order them in Canada AND would have received the items in a more timely delivery. I reached out to sewing Parts online to express my dissatisfaction and received NO response!! That was my last order!!
