Fairly easy to assemble but could use some disassembly instructions related to the removal of the existing piston. Otherwise extremely satisfied with the purchase.
I bought my Koala chair about 15 years ago and I still love it. However, it started to squeak very loudly about 3 months ago, and it wasn’t comfortable anymore. I decided to try replacing the cushions instead of purchasing a new chair. The replacement chair cushions arrived very quickly, and with the help of U-Tube videos I was able to change them out. My chair feels brand new again! Great lumbar support once more, and no more squeaking!

I thought that I'd need to buy a new sewing chair. I was happy to find a replacement kit for the seat and back of my 20 year old Koala chair. It was easy to replace and feels just like a new chair.
Loved that I was able to buy new cushions because the rest of the chair was fine. Wish that directions for how to replace it were included but I figured it out. My chair was over 15 years old and I sew alot so there had been many hours of sitting.
