I really think this is a great help in keeping your seams accurate. But be careful! The little knob should be placed closer to you, and AWAY from your needle screw so it will not be hit by the action of your needle going up and down, which can lead to an expensive repair. It would be better if it was made without the little knob.
Oh yeah baby this is the ticket. I can now sew straight lines without a problem. This is also a great magnet for finding stray needles. Wish I had this a long time ago.
I’ve tried several seam guides. This one doesn’t move easily. Works well for me.
this is the sewing guide i should have had years ago. the magnet is strong and because the guide itself is long enough, it allows the fabric to practically get to the needle with almost no effort on my part. thanks for a superior product!
I bring it forward so the fabric edge is aligned before the needle. I use my quarter inch foot as well, butting the guide next to it

I placed an order with Sewing Parts Online where I got one successful order, but 2nd order ( at least two yrs ago) where I spent $4O ish dollars, I never received order. I contacted SPO more than once to complain and never received a response. This item along with many others in the order were never sent. They stole this $ from me and I never got my items and I’ll never do business with you again.

I like the length of this seam guide, which makes it particularly useful. I was also impressed by the strength of the magnet, which came in handy when I had a wide seam to sew and had to place the guide next to (rather than on) the metal needle plate. Great product, great price!

Perfect for straight lines and convex curves. Can also hold my snips on the side of the machine if I want.
