The colors are very nice, just what I was looking for. The fabric is not quilting cotton. more rough, like a heavier cotton with print job so that is why the star level is in the middle. I am using this for curtains in my sewing room, so it is fine my purposes. but I had hoped it to be a bit softer. I am amazed at how the printing on it comes off so well with the many colors in it.
