My wife's serger was making an awful noise one day and it sounded like the motor was falling apart. To make a long story short, it the motor case was loose because the mounting tabs inside were broken, but I didn't know that until I had to ruin the original pulley to get the motor apart because the set screw was over tighten. I repaired the motor case and after contacting Singer and being told that parts for this model serger arent available any longer I found this pulley. It looked exactly the same except for the color so I ordered it and installed it when it came in. The serger now works like new again. Delivery time was excellent and the part was exactly what I needed.
