The product sent is Great but completely the wrong part. So for the past week I have been e-mailing customer service even sent pics of both (mine looks just like this one pictured here) but the one sent is comletely incorrect/unusable. I only wish the return and correct part would have happened quickly as my sewing project is or rather was ( too late now) time sentive. I rather dubt I will order from here again.
