this was the wrong plate and ithe whit know was cracked I called and ask what plate to order, when I called to return the operator was rude and insistent that it was correct. sent numerous pics. she sent a return slip but by the time I pat shipping and 25% return bot worth my time, will pass to all my sewing friends and groups my experience.
