I was ecstatic with being able to get a piece that would fit my machine, where I buy my machines they didn’t have anything and they filed the hole twice and both times it wasn’t acceptable for keeping the thread from catching on it. I was beginning to think I wasn’t going to ever find a way to fix it. Very well made, fits perfectly!!
Fits perfectly. But I thought it was different my fault i thought it had a single hole. I guess I should have looked closer. Bernina never made a throat plate with a single hole for straight stitching. Arrived promptly. This needle plate fit perfectly on my old Bernina.
I ordered this because my Bernina, throat plate had a loose bracket on it. When the new one came, it was a right fit for the machine, but the bracket on it just spun. It was in worse shape, then the one I was trying to replace. It’s still sits in my drawer, unusable as I did not get it back to you in time. Eventually, I had to take my machine 350 miles to Billings, Montana for the technician to fix it. He fixed the one I had on my machine originally. I can’t believe you sent a broken piece to me.

My bernina was purchased in 1987, never needed anything. The needle plate had a spur that cut the thread. After purchasing the new one it sews as well as it did in 1987. Love it.
