Wish I had received notification that one of my items was Out of Stock and my whole order was being delayed. I had to contact Customer Service after noticing that my order hadn't been shipped 10 days later! That was when I was told that the one item was Out of Stock. Once I cancelled that particular item, the screws arrived within a couple of days. I think the company should have notified me that one of my items was Out of Stock so that I could take action...And gotten the rest of the order sooner.

I purchased these screws just in case I lose one of the screws that I have. While ordering another part for my older Pfaff, it was beneficial to get these screws as backups and to help offset shipping costs.
I finally got the right screws for my Singer HD, I no longer am using tape. The screws were the perfect size and fit my needle plate perfectly. The cost is nominal - I don't have to buy a new machine. Strongly recommend the screws and the company.
