The plate had a number of assemblies on it that had to be transferred from the old plate to the new one. What we received was a plate with a bunch of holes in it. I do wish that someone would have posted this info beforehand, because without being able to do the transfer the new plate was useless. If you buy this product, make sure you have some really tiny jeweler's screwdrivers and are willing to do this yourself.

Had to replace under plate hdw. Plate would not sit evenly. Evidently for a newer model. But my husband was able to put old hdw on and it�s working Tu for quick delivery
