I really like this rotary cutter. The cutter would have been perfect if there had been how to use instructions. ie…. simply rest the edge of the cutter against a ruler and gently push down. The blade's guard will relax and expose the cutting edge to cut the fabric. I highly recommend. Shipping took 3 weeks.
