I ordered these 2 items back in October. No acknowledgement. As time went on, I had to email to get the status of my order. Each time, the email response was kind, apologetic and informative. One of the items I had ordered was out of stock and backordered and estimated delivery was unknown. I appreciate answers like that, but I had to email twice to ask the same question. Tweezers like this came with my serger & I can hardly live without them. Lost the tweezers in my last move. So glad I found your website as the 2 types of tweezer I first found did NOT work with thread nor were they the length needed. I bought these tweezers + another one sold at SewingPartsonline.com to compare the 2: both are perfect! Keeping both--1 in each Stash 'n Store handy at ironing board & sewing machine. If you have a server you HAVE to have these. Also great threading sewing machine.

I purchased one previously and it really is so handy I ordered more. I found these to be great for threading my serger. Putting the thread in and around, that little curve on the end really helps to hold the tip of the thread or reaching in to grab the thread or reaching to pull the thread through. Also helpful for threading the needle on my regular sewing machine. I brought extra for my sewing buddies. That little curve really helps. I highly recommend this product and I’ll probably order more down the road.
