this product was back ordered, and you did not notify me. this caused a delay in making this bag, and i am very unhappy about that. if i had been notified of the back order, i would have gotten the product elsewhere—which of course you did not want me to do. this is a bad business practice. i will think twice about buying anything more from you in the future.
