Unfortunately, this bobbin case did not fit my machine. But the Customer Service I received was amazing. I did not have long to wait when I first called in and I had really great email correspondence throughout the process. Tim even sent a return slip so I did not have to pay for shipping because they guaranteed their parts. I will order from them again.

Bobbin Case, Singer #NB1275000

Does not work with my Bernina Bernette 80e Well, it fits into the housing. The needle makes stitches. However, there is something seriously messed up with regard to the tensioners, and the bobbin thread nests and snarls. My machine works better with the (damaged) original case than with this replacement. I'm sorry I must return it - I had hoped my search for a replacement had been solved!

The part looked exactly the same as the original. The machine works great as long as you thread correctly. Ha!Ha! Only issue was with shipping. I payed for 2-3 day shipping and still it came a day late.
