How to Use:

To Insert Piping into a Seam
1. Attach the Foot Snap on the Piping Foot.
2. Layer the Fabrics Place the piping along the seam line on the right side of the fabric, aligning the raw edges. Then layer the second piece of fabric on top, right sides together.
3. Position Under the Foot Place the fabric and piping under the foot, ensuring the piping sits in the groove on the underside of the foot.
4. Sew the Seam Use a straight stitch with a 2.5 mm length. The groove guides the piping evenly for a neat, tailored finish.

To Make Custom Piping
1. Attach the Foot Snap on the Piping Foot.
2. Prepare Fabric Strips Cut bias or crosswise grain strips wide enough to wrap around your cord with seam allowance.
3. Wrap the Cord Lay the cord on the wrong side of the fabric strip and fold the fabric over it.
4. Position Under the Foot Place the wrapped cord under the foot, with the cord seated snugly in the groove.
5. Sew the Piping Use a straight stitch, 2.5 mm in length. The groove ensures the cord stays centered and the fabric wraps evenly.
6. Use in Your Project Once stitched, your custom piping is ready to be sewn into seams using the method above.

Tip: When stitching piping into a garment or project, shift your needle one position closer to the cord. This helps hide the original stitching and creates a smooth, professional look.
