The wrong power cord was sent. The correct item #4121579-01 was on the invoice, but item#412157903 was sent instead and does not work. I expect either a refund of $49.99 or the correct item# power cord to be sent. Thank you.

I have a designer SE limited edition, the 770 and 990 Platinum and my brother cord which is the same as the $5.00 cord, $5.00 all over the internet which is this same cord you guys are selling for $50.00 just because it works with the vikings machines although it is not an actual viking product, I hope more people catch onto this, I have a cart full of stuff and now I'm concerned about going through with the purchase :{

Cord does give power to machine but won't fit tight into machine. My machine is a white/Viking 7700 which was on the the guaranteed to fit website list.

This cord does not work with the Sapphire 875 - where the cord attaches to the machine one square and one rounded receptacle is needed. This particular cord only has rounded receptacles.
