It was the wrong screw. I was told that they were going to check with the manufacturer as I need the TINY screw on the back that you use when you change the type of quilting foot on the piece that you then attach to your sewing machine. Still waiting to hear from you as you said that you needed to check with the manufacturer.

This is the exact thumb presser foot screw to replace the original, on my Elna 730 Excellence. It's head is elongated, which makes finger placement and tightening possible. Alternative sewing machine presser foot screws have a shortened head, which makes placement 20 times more difficult. They will fit, but it is necessary to use a screwdriver, reading glasses, and it has to be fitted into the space just right. Order placement to shipment arrival took 4 days, and I was notified when it was on the way. Very satisfied with the service. I will be ordering from here again for replacement parts.

You don’t want to know, first of all I paid for extra shipping for it to come quicker!!! Secondly you put the stuff on back order and didn’t notify me, thirdly I called you and asked where my stuff was because I paid for faster delivery, then you said it would be in the mail on Friday and it wasn’t, by the time you mailed my stuff that I needed, I got over two weeks after I ordered the stuff, and quite frankly, it all is sitting in the box you sent it in because it was too late!!! When people pay for 2 day shipping or faster shipping, that means that they need the stuff NOW!!! I will go out of my way NOT to order from you again, I didn’t even get a refund on the shipping, that took over a week to get here!!!
