Purple Hobbies brings you the ideal way to organize your binding strips with the Binding Wheel. This handy tool allows you to roll-up your binding while ironing. You can roll folded strips up to 1-1/4" wide (2-1/2" unfolded), and the wheel holds enough binding for a king-sized quilt. After you are finished rolling and if you see that the fabric is loose on the wheel, you can pull on the material and turn the wheel to tighten it. The Binding Wheels are 3D printed in the USA using PLA.

You decide if your needle starts in the up or down position, speeding up the completion of your projects faster and easier. This great feature eliminates interruptions and is the perfect option for chain piecing and appliqué!

Thread the fabric through the slot in the center and pull about 1-1/2"-2" through. This will hold the end of the binding as you turn the wheel.

Turn the wheel to roll the binding onto it until you get to a part of the fabric that hasn't yet been ironed. Repeat the ironing rolling process until the full strip of fabric is ironed.
