In the process of breaking the pin on the machine plate and ordering a new part, I misplaced the screw that holds it and also my rolled hem foot plus the broken part. I have a feeling one of these days I will find them all together in one spot and just say "what was I thinking to put them here". Sheesh! Anyway, I am going to put some masking tape on it to hold it in place, but it fits to a tee. It is probably one of the first sergers that came out, it stitches like a dream and I didn't want to toss it just because of that plate. I have another newer model which is nice but this old horse never fails. I don't know what I would do without Sewing Parts. They seem to understand my language when I ask for a part for an old machine. And it shows up at my door and is just what I needed. Thank you!

It work ok
The original needle plate on my machine cracked down the side, causing the chain stitch to get stuck. This new one is perfect and fixed the first problem I'm having. Now I have a timing issue to worry about haha!

Exactly what I needed will be purchasing a 2nd one just to have as backup. Worked and was the right fit.
I thought I was ordering the other needle plate for this machine as it broke. I already have one like this but considering the age of the machine, will keep it anyway.

The picture of the Babylock plate looked identical on the website, so I took a chance and ordered it, even if the mailing cost was more than twice the cost of the item. It arrived yesterday. I am visiting my daughter in another city, but my husband says it looks the same. Can�t wait to get home to see if it truly fits!
