If you'd like to get your foot control and cord off the floor, replace it with this universal, single speed, knee control. Simply mount the knee control to the inner side of your sewing table (left or right depending on your preference), with the open side facing down. Use the swivel knee control bar to run your sewing machine. This universal knee control can me modified to work with any sewing machine by either removing the cord from your existing foot control and installing it in the knee control or by installing a brand new cord.
