I already wrote a review for Singer but here's another. I was a bit disappointed in the 4432 manual. I have been able to learn more from online tutorials that from the manual. However it is handy to have around for some quick references.

It's a shame the customer now has to purchase instruction manual after purchasing a SINGER Sewing machine. I purchased a newer model to do quilting & gave my older machine to my granddaughter for her sewing needs. I still have the instruction manual THAT CAME WITH IT FREE!! After all, you can write off the cost of including instruction manual with a SINGER Sewing Machine purchase on your taxes. I hope at your next board meeting you think hard on this option, but you probably won't, as making as much money as you can seems more of an option for you. Forget about the customer who just purchased one of your sewing machines. Thank you, Jean B.

I'm disappointed that I have to pay for the instruction manual for Singer model 4432 Heavy Duty. Every Singer, Brother and Berninia machines I have purchased came with a manuel. As I converse with others who sew I will be sure to bring up the lack of an included manual. I am a longtime seamstress and this is the FIRST Time I have had to purchase a manual. Shame on you.
Firstly, I can't believe the machine didn't come with a detailed instruction manual! Secondly, this booklet is a copy of a download and not nearly as clear as I was hoping. Doesn't seem as clear as it would if professionally done. I'm hoping as I get into it, I'll be able to follow. For now, I'm just disappointed.

Next time I will buy a Brother sewing machine. It ...came without a manual bought it on amazon may 30 2025 opened the box and it didn,t have a manual. Tried to download it on line. Found I had to pay to download it I am not happy.

For me, it is not worth the money. I have learned more about my machine watching video tutorials.
This was a gift for my son’s machine, a second-hand one, which came to him without an instruction manual. He loved it. Not that he’ll become proficient overnight, but at least there’s somewhere to get answers now. It was very well printed and made a good gift.

The sewing manual is important to have. I am disappointed that it is not included with the machine in the first place. The machine is expensive already. We should not have to pay for the manual.
