The part is missrepresented in the picture. You need a special hex key to tighte5 and it's not mentioned. The screw area shows a flat screw not present in the actual part.

It's amazing that these parts are available, This part is from an old machine, and the nylon they were made from becomes brittle over time. IMHO a design flaw.
