The exact part I needed
I didn't need the part that I ordered and wanted a return label.I didn't open the product because I found out that it was not the part I needed.they refused to send me a return label therefore I will never order anything else from you and tell ALL of my quilter's and sewing clubs never to order anything from your company.
It arrived quickly and in good condition.
I plugged it in, reassembled my machine and have been sewing again with no issues.
