Exact part needed and arrived in perfect condition.
We received a case with a manufacturer defect. We reported the issue and received a new one a few days later. Super speedy recovery.
The bobbin fit my friend's machine perfectly. Skipped stitches stopped. However, machine still stalling at bulky seams unless using walking foot. Machine ysed to go over those seams fine, so ordered new feed dogs. If that does not help, then I will tell her she needs more than I can help with.

My sewing machine kept breaking needles, I could not figure out what was wrong. I tried taking the bobbin holder out & see if I could figure out what was wrong. I give up for a little while and started sewing with another sewing machine I had. Then I decided to try it again, it still kept breaking needles. I decided to go to YouTube to see if I could find something that would help. Not much luck. I decided to try moving the needle to see what it was hitting. Figured out the bobbin holder was in there wrong. I took it out & moved it to the right position. It would sew about 3 stitches and knot up. I did it 3-4 times and decided to look at the bobbin holder & figured out the bobbin holder was cracked and that was why it was knotted up because the thread was getting caught on the crack. I went to Your website and was able to find the right bobbin holder and it works perfectly now.
The bobbin case fits and works wonderfully. This after the repair man said he could not get parts to fix it. I put it in and sewed five different style of stitches and had no problem.

The piece I purchased wasn’t compatible with my machine and customer service was honestly no help with the return process. Shipping the piece back will cost roughly half of what I paid to begin with and if it’s been taken out of the package they deduct from the refund amount? Super disappointed and I do not under any circumstance recommend this shop to anyone. This is why people turn to Amazon and eBay these days.
