Wrong piece. Needed piece on right and received left which does not fit my machine.

It is just what I needed
I’ve used you before. I was disappointed in my treatment as a customer. After at least two weeks I emailed back to see what the problem was. Your customer service at that time asked if I could receive mail at the address I provided. It was the same address you sent to me before. So now that you knew my address was “correct” my package would be expedited to me. It wasn’t. I did receive it, almost a month from my ordering. And, by the way, I had to sand down the sides of the spool to have it fit into the opening. Very disappointed. Yes it was only a $4.00 order, plus shipping, but I hope dollars purchased does not equate to service.
I'm not sure I ordered the right part. I had to take out a screw to twist it in, and now it's kind of short. It may work, I haven't tried yet.
I am disappointed in the quality and the sizing is not same as original. Does not hold thread in place reliably, tips out of hole in machine
I I couldn’t find a spool pen anywhere in Baton Rouge, Louisiana even though we are the capital! But a friend who owns a quilt shop tell me about your site thank you. Even going into the singer website did not help me merry Christmas and thanks again.
