Just what I needed. The item was perfect for my model. Customer service: I had down time waiting - I needed it for my business. Days passed before the item was shipped. I would have been happy to pay less for shipping to have it sent in a padded envelope. Instead it came flopping around in a box. Overall, pleased with item. Not sure I will return for future needs.
