Square on Square 8" Trim Tool, Creative Grids Details
Product Description
Create crisp, accurate Square on Square and Snail’s Trail blocks with the Creative Grids® Square on Square 8" Trim Tool, designed by Jean Ann Wright. This versatile quilting ruler makes both 4" and 8" square-on-square blocks and lets you create a variety of designs simply by changing the triangle colors. Cutting measurements and easy-to-read black-and-white markings are printed directly on the tool, helping you trim each round as the triangles are added.
To use, place the appropriate centering square over the center of the block and trim two sides, then rotate the tool and block to trim the remaining sides. Creative Grids®’ exclusive non-slip grip allows the ruler to slide smoothly into position before holding securely under light pressure for safer, more accurate cutting. Made in the USA from high-quality acrylic with precision measurements, this tool is ideal for quilting, sewing, patchwork, and other crafting projects. Fully illustrated step-by-step instructions are included, along with a QR code that links to a helpful how-to video and project inspiration.

I’m completing a quilt right now. I saw the Trim Tools and ordered them to start using when next I need to make their shapes. Can’t wait to use them!
Excellent tool. I’m enjoying learning more about this ruler. Thank you.
I bought this to do a sew along proje ct later this year .with Meadow Mist Blogger and Pattern Writer.
Great tool to have. Made making these blocks so much easier
Very easy tool to use. Really helps with accuracy
I love Creative grid rulers they are the best.
First time to order something from you, great service, fast service and I cannot wait to use this new rule.
You get exactly what you see online when you order. Unfortunately I have not had the chance yet to use it. It seems quite sturdy so it should last a while. Shipping was quick too!
