The old belt for my 1946 featherweight must have been as old as the machine! The new belt was easy to find on the Featherweight Shop by adding my model # to the search. I chose the black belt to match my machine. The replacement was so simple and inexpensive. My machine now runs perfectly. I am so happy!!

It’s a sewing machine belt, plastic or rubber at that, for whatever reason I was expecting, leather, the last one lasted “years”, so I guess time will tell how long it’ll last…
Worked to replace a used featherweight belt I had on the machine.
The Superbelt was easy to install on my wife's Singer 221 machine. The belt is much more plyable that the original belt is. The original belt is much more stiff and requires a tighter belt tension to operate. The Superbelt runs smoother with much less tension and in return, the machine will have much less wear.
